Weed Management

Weed management and weed control solutions are provided by the 18FiFTY3 team that reduce the impact of weeds on our clients landscapes in both remote and urban environments. Our aim is to maintain and enhance the biodiversity through the specialised and effective weed control measures employed on site using integrated pest management strategies that include forward planning, monitoring and timely decision making. Control solutions include but not limited too, cultural methods, selective herbicide application, broad acre spraying, aerial applications and knapsack application.

Offering a number of services in relation to bushfire hazard mitigation including preliminary property assessments, bushfire site assessments, mapping and analysis the 18FiFTY3 team can deliver the science to mitigate bushfire risk.

18FiFTY3 team also offer capabilities to control fuel load management, prescribed burning, bushfire patrols and aerial bushfire surveillance and bombing. Team members have vast experience around different Australian environments and have been involved in some of the largest fire operations in Australia.

(IPM) integrated pest management is an environmentally sensitive way of managing pests. It uses a combination of practices and control methods with the aim of preventing problems from occurring and reducing the need for pesticide intensive activities such as broadacre spraying.

Delivering a range of landscaping and maintenance services 18FiFTY3 team provides planning, ground maintenance, grounds and tree services. Weather it be a small cemetery to large airport 18FiFTY3 can develop a maintenance solution that will be more self sustaining to the local conditions while also providing an Indigenous workforce. Building and maintaining tracks, fences, lookouts, gardens and cycle ways 18FiFTY3 can service and manage a broad spectrum of landscaping needs.

18FiFTY3 team manage excavators, mulches, graders, bobcats to manage fence lines, non public roadways and tracks both in remote and urban conditions. Experienced planners and estimators allow the company to conduct remote operations on multiple tasks reducing clients expenditure on remote maintenance operations.

The 18FiFTY3 team offers feral animal management for our clients. Planning, monitoring and tracking services are provided to allow long term control strategies to be assessed and offer continual assessment and modification as required.

18FiFTY3 team consist of experienced, trained and license Aboriginal shooters and that are also approved to shoot from aerial platforms which offer greater accuracy and numbers in large remote areas.
